BIO

Debbie is a senior lecturer in Psychology at the University of Wolverhampton. Prior to her appointment in 2018, she was a research fellow at the Cerebra Centre for Neurodevelopmental Disorders in the school of Psychology at the University of Birmingham where she conducted research related to assessment of and intervention for challenging behaviour (particularly self-injury) in children with a severe intellectual disability, rare genetic syndrome and ASD.

Previously Debbie completed her BSc in Psychology, Sociology and Social Anthropology and her PhD in Psychology at Keele University (Treatment integrity in early behavioural intervention programmes for children with ASD).
