BIO
Gemma Witton is an Associate Professor of Academic Development at the University of Wolverhampton, where she works within the Learning Enhancement and Academic Development (LEAD) team. LEAD is a cross-institutional academic team dedicated to supporting the development, reward, and recognition of excellence in learning, teaching, and assessment.
Gemma holds an MA in Online and Distance Education from the Open University’s Institute of Educational Technology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Higher Education. She is a Principal Fellow of Advance HE (PFHEA), a Certified Member of the Association for Learning Technology (CMALT), and an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) trained Coach and Mentor.
