Jenny Koehring is a doctoral researcher at the University of Wolverhampton.

Alongside her studies, she works as a freelance British Sign Language (BSL)/English interpreter, having graduated from the University’s interpreting programme in 2018. She later completed an MSc in Occupational Psychology, where her research explored potential differences in psychometric ability test results between Deaf and hearing participants in employment settings. This work directly informs her PhD, which focuses on developing strategies to mitigate test impact in ability assessments for Deaf test takers.
