MissRebecca Timmins

I am a Senior Lecturer and Module Leader on the Masters of Adult Nursing and Masters of Mental Health Nursing courses at the University of Wolverhampton. I teach, supervise and assess on master’s level research modules.

I am a Doctoral Student in my final year (write up). My research is exploring Preregistration student nurses’ perspectives of internally constrained moral distress. I recently published a concept analysis in Journal of Advanced Nursing exploring how student nurses experience moral distress which was drawn from my thesis work. I have published a scoping review protocol also drawn from this work, with the scoping review work to follow.

I am part of Q Methodology special interest group (SIG) and Centre for Applied and Inclusive Health Research. I have served on the Faculty Research Ethics Committee board and have research interests in healthcare ethics.
