The key area of interest for her PhD research is health inequalities and the impact that inequalities have across various communities and the barriers that individuals face in seeking assistance. She also has an interest in ethnic minority communities and reducing inequalities faced by these groups. The research will examine the way health inequalities faced by individuals may have changed in recent years due to a variety of societial changes. The research will highlight the impact of inequalities and measures that need to be implemented to reduce inequalities.
