Leadership Development: Focusing on the development of Headteachers through the use of coaching and mentoring strategies.

BAMEed: Supporting and developing future leaders through the use of coaching and mentoring as cognitive leadership skills.

Developing BME coaches and mentors through stage mentoring and coaching development.

Supporting BME coaches and mentors through the use of supervision.
