DrDr Matthew Davis

Dr Davis teaches Nationality, International Migration and Asylum Law. He focusses on victim centred and human rights approaches to combat complex issues associated with identifying victims of trafficking. He teaches migration studies and considers philosophical theories associated with movements of people crossing borders and the moral obligations of the receiving State to foreign nationals.
