BIO
A previous winner of the Accolade of the UK Coach developer of the year in 2017, Rus has over 20 years Coaching , Mentoring and Development experience in Football and wider sports.
Rus also has previously worked for West Bromwich Albion, Aston Villa and in various international coaching settings alongside work for the Football Association.
Research for Rus has been published with UK Coaching journals and he has presented twice at teh UK Coaching research conference (2018 and 2020) on his work to shape and evaluate the CoachMate Connectors programme that is shaping mentoring and coach developing with young coaches 16-25 year olds.
To align work related teaching outcomes Rus also is accredited as an Advanced Coach practitioner through CIMPSA and also currently advises and aligns with UK Coaching , Sport England and the FA to inform the future and developments of Coaching.
Future research is in progress in 2020/21 -
