I am a distinguished researcher specializing in clinical pharmacology and experimental therapeutics. With a solid foundation in Pharmacy (BSc, first-class honours with distinction), a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacology, and a PhD in Experimental Therapeutics from Queens University Belfast, I have extensive expertise in a broad spectrum of research areas, including cancer therapeutics, nanomedicine, and biomarkers for disease detection, and drug repurposing.

I play a pivotal role in advancing the field of nanomedicine and contribute significantly to the development of novel drug delivery systems and therapeutic approaches. My work in cancer research has led to multiple peer-reviewed publications. Beyond research, I am passionate about teaching and mentorship, guiding numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students through their academic journeys.
