Exploring innovative approaches to identify and utilize existing drugs for the treatment of various cancer types, aiming to expedite the development and clinical application of new therapies.
3D Primary Culture and High-Throughput Screening:
Utilizing three-dimensional primary culture models combined with high-throughput screening to study cancer biology and drug responses. This approach provides more physiologically relevant insights compared to traditional two-dimensional cell cultures.
Bioinformatics Approach to Identify Potential Drugs for Disease Targets:
Employing bioinformatics and computational methods to analyze and mine large datasets, identifying potential drug candidates and their targets for various diseases.
Drug and Gene Delivery:
Developing advanced delivery systems for drugs and genes, focusing on improving the efficacy, targeting, and safety of therapeutic interventions.
