RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr Sean Starr's research interests focus on organizational improvement and effectiveness, as well as understanding and addressing the complexities that influence success in dynamic environments. Key areas of exploration include:

 

  • Complexity within Systems: Investigating the interplay of interconnected elements within organizations to uncover insights that drive sustainable improvements and resilience.
  • Critical Success Factors: Identifying and analyzing the essential components to achieving strategic and operational objectives.
  • System Leadership: Exploring leadership approaches that transcend traditional boundaries to foster collaboration, innovation, and adaptability across complex systems.
  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI): Advancing strategies to embed EDI principles into organizational practices, ensuring inclusivity and equity are at the core of transformative change.
