BIO
My research focuses on applied psychology, mental health, and psychological wellbeing, with a particular interest in translating psychological theory and evidence into effective interventions and improvements in clinical practice and services. My research interests are strongly informed by my clinical background and experience of working with complex mental health presentations across clinical settings.
I take a practice-based and evidence-informed approach to research, with an emphasis on feasibility research, intervention development, implementation, and the translation of psychological knowledge into real-world clinical and community settings. I am particularly interested in strengthening the links between clinical practice, research, education, and professional development.
I am also interested in integrating technology into psychological practice and research, as well as the wider dissemination and application of evidence-based skills and knowledge, to support accessible, effective, and sustainable psychological care.
